Last year I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel Stafford online and have enjoyed getting to know her so much. Her heart is full of love and compassion and she is on a mission to share her story in hopes of encouraging other mamas. This month she released her first book : The Hand's Free Mama :A Guide to Putting Down the Phone, Burning the To-Do List, and Letting Go of Perfection to Grasp What Really Matters! I was sent two copies of this book early to review and have decided to give one of the copies away.
